This class is the second in a four-part quilting series.  In Quilting 102 we will explore bias cuts and half square triangles.  


In this essential hands-on session, students will learn the fundamental techniques needed to start their quilting journey. This class builds the cornerstone skills that every quilter needs to create beautiful, lasting pieces.

Perfect for: Complete beginners who want to explore quilting in a supportive, step-by-step environment. No prior sewing or quilting experience needed.

What to expect: Hands-on instruction, personalized guidance, and the satisfaction of starting your first quilting project with confidence.

Class is taught by Melinda Brown.

Bring your own machine.  You may rent a machine from us if needed.

Fabric--your blocks from class previous class


You may bring a lunch and or snacks.  We have sodas, bottled water and chips available for .50 cents.  Small refrigerator available for use.


Cancellation Policy


Thank you for signing up for a class at Sewcial Creatives.  To be respectful of our teachers the following cancellation policy will be strictly adhered to. 


In the event that you are unable to attend the class, you must cancel 7 days prior to class to receive a FULL refund or store credit.

If you cancel between 6 and 4 days prior to class date, there is a 50% forfeiture fee and you will receive store credit only for the difference.  

If you cancel 3 days or less prior to class, your fee is 100% forfeited.
